Empowering Women Through Financial Literacy
Vikram is a proud supporter of PurpleWings, a non-profit organization dedicated to women’s empowerment. By sharing valuable financial insights and management strategies, PurpleWings helps women gain confidence in making informed financial decisions. Vikram firmly believes that financial independence is key to empowerment and has worked closely with the organization to promote financial literacy, ensuring women in Needham have the resources and knowledge they need to succeed.
Promoting Multilingualism for future generations
Recognizing the benefits of multilingualism, Vikram partnered with Needham Community Education (NCE) to introduce and support Hindi language learning for children. By encouraging kids to embrace new languages, we empower them with broader communication skills, deeper cultural understanding, and a stronger connection to their heritage. The program now serves over 100 students across 2 MA locations. Vikram is committed to ensuring that Needham remains a place where languages and cultures are celebrated, helping our younger generation become truly global citizens.
Indian Community of Needham (ICON)
Vikram Kaul has been a driving force behind the Indian Community of Needham (ICON), an initiative dedicated to celebrating diversity and fostering a strong sense of community. Through cultural events, educational programs, and social gatherings, ICON has helped bridge cultures and create meaningful connections among Needham residents. Vikram believes that diversity enriches our town, and by strengthening cultural bonds, we build a more inclusive and welcoming Needham for all.
